For what it's worth, I think the town's best strategy here was a free-for-all. The key is taking out one of the mafia early so they can't combine fire - then it's just shooting everyone and hoping the last guy standing is town.

The rocket launcher PM doesn't state that there's a max of 3 charges. Is that intentional? My original plan was to charge 7 charges and then fire on a bunch of people at once...
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
