Ethics

• 1. I am the Mod. Mod rhymes with God. Therefore, in this game, I am God. Deal with it. If you have a problem or a question, PM me or use bold text in this format:

  2. Be civil to each other. If you feel this rule is being violated, PM me with your complaint and the offending posts.
  3. Using or attempting to use loopholes in the rules to fulfill your win condition is not cool.
  4. No small or invisible text, making codes, using the structure of the role PM to your advantage, revealing your scum partners, and general jackassery.
  5. No editing or deleting your posts for ANY reason.
  6. Roles triumph rules. If there is a conflict between the rules and the role, the role wins.
  7. Do not communicate about the game outside of this thread.
  8. When you're dead, you stay dead. No "bah" post. Nothing.
  9. Modkills automatically mean you lose the game. You automatically become a Neutral Survivor which means that you lose. Period. Modkill = loss.
  10. I will decide all rule-breaking on a case-by-case basis. Modkills are mine to use when I see fit but that doesn't mean I will. Forced replacement is more likely to happen.
  11. No mod communication may be quoted at any time in the game until the game's end. This includes role PMs.

Gameplay

• 1. All votes and unvotes should be

  2a. Rule 2 is not applicable if there is not a FoS count.

  4. Any option for the town requires a majority of votes. The majority will be stated in every votecount but will generally be defined as (n/2 + 1) with even numbers and (n/2 + .5) with odd numbers.
  5. Players can vote to not take action or null vote. If enough null votes are reached to make any other choice impossible, no action will be taken(aka no lynch).
  6. If a majority is not reached by the specified deadline, the null action will be taken.

Deadlines and Prods

• 1. Two weeks from when a day officially begins is the minimum deadline for each day.
  2. If avtivity is lagging due to replacements, I will extend the deadline one week. Do not expect me to easily allow this, however.
  3. If you feel the need to replace out of my game for whatever reason, please tell me. Simply flaking out is bad for my view of you and may result in future banishment from my games. Man up.
  4. Any non-Day phases(Night, Twilight, Dawn, etc) will have variable deadlines which will be specified in rule 4a.
  4a. Night will last 72 hours after the day ends.
  5. A prod will go out if the player is inactive for 24 hours or more without notifying the mod of V/LA or other issues.
  6. A player can be prodded three times before being replaced.
  7. If the about-to-be-prodded player makes a post before he is actually prodded, he will dodge that prod.
  8. I will prod on request though this may or may not count on their prod count, depending.

Special Rules

• 1. Full quoting of role PMs is allowed in this game. Flavor, win condition, everthing. This rule supersecdes rule 4 to some degree.
  2. This game is partial reveal. Alignment will be revealed but you are left to guess the true powers the dead might have once possessed.
  3. I must stress rule 12 of the Ethics section.
  4. You may only use one action per night. Role > rules.
  5. The Mars Volta rock. Period.
  6. While role PMs may be quoted, one cannot post or reveal his Quicktopic under any circumstances. This is punishable by modkill.
  7. A FoS count has been added as of the beginning of Day 2.
  8. As of the beginning of Day 3, if a player would vote/FoS for another player, that player will instead vote/FoS for the player directly above the intended votee/FoSee in the player list. This rule will remain hidden until the end of Day 3.
