Basic Ruleset:

3. Lynch happens upon simple majority. If there is not a majority at deadline, there will be no lynch.
4. I reserve the right to force-replace anyone for egregious violations of the above ruleset.

Game Specific Rules!

1. Every role has been assigned to a member of the band Genesis. This may or may not be important.
2. This game is bastard modded. I can confirm, however, that your alignment will NOT change during the course of the game.
3. The mafia has been provided safe claims by the mod.
4. When a player dies, that player's role PM will be revealed. Some information may be removed.
5. Information roles do not have a unique result for an unsuccessful resolution.
6. Standard night action resolution as stated in the wiki will be used.

The band was milling about backstage after a particularly disappointing outing. Peter was crying softly into his various makeups and disguises while everyone else stood around uncomfortably, lamenting the palpable lack of snack trays.

-Pete, it'll be okay. We've played for bored audiences before.
-Remember the Genesnooze comic?
-Yeah Peter. Chin up.
-Hey so where are we tomorrow?
-I dunno. We should ask the tour manager.
-He's at the pub.
-Where'd he get the money for that?
-He didn't. He's going to drink and dash.
-*Sigh* We'll be searching for yet another one soon.

Peter suddenly stopped sobbing, stiffened, and raised a finger to his lips. He felt a disturbance.

-Where's Phil?
-He was just here.

A deep thrum oozed into their bodies through the floor. The backstage was crackling with energy. They all felt it now.

-It has finally happened. Phil has found the wigs.

On cue, Phil Collins, sporting a towering pink beehive wig darted into the room.

-There are going to be some changes!

-Now darling, we can't change everything now.

-No! I want everyone to know that Phil is MINE and I'm not sharing him with anyone.

-Phyllis dear, I have to perform with the band.

-Nonsense! We have a divorce scheduled for the afternoon and then two rounds of post-divorce sex scheduled after dinner.

Phil was taking the wig on and off to speak in a high-pitched imitation of a woman's voice. It wasn't very good.

-Now Phyllis, I was very clear. My music comes first.

-Not anymore it doesn't! And let me tell the rest of you treacherous lecherous rats! Phil is mine and mine alone and none of you are allowed to divorce him anymore!

-Darling, I swore to you I'd never divorce anyone again.

-You better not! And I'll kill anyone who tries to! Now we have to leave and no one is to follow us or I will be forced to do

things!

With that, Phil ran out of the backstage with several wigs under his arm and into the night. The rest of the band stared slack-jawed. Mike spoke up first.

-Well... someone is going to have to take those wigs from him or we'll never make the next show.
-I'm not doing anything until someone gets me a snack tray.
-Shut up Tony.

I just realized there is a second part to that Phil/Phyllis conversation in the intro; written in a hideous pink that, on my PC was invisible, but on my iPad barely shows up (I view in Sepia).

So its been a while since I played this mafia game thing. Can we just skip the whole 90 pages of drama and will the scum just reveal themselves so I can win and reclaim the best Scum Hunter award?

I mean, just for the sake of creating discussion, this looks like something scum say when they are town alot and finally draw a scum role to create the illusion that hes town again.

Or hes a pro scumhunter that says this to look town when hes not.

Im not saying hes scum, but its something that rubs me the wrong way.

I have more problem with Plum's piggybacking than I do Salamence's vote. I was tempted, and was still considering joining Salamence, because I thought it was a reasonable explanation and thought it potentially worth pursuing. Plum presenting it as 'reading it the same way' seems off. Like did you really independently read Kinetics post and think the exact same thing?

I'm going to go here for now:
