Locke flipping RB does change the situation substantially. Jahudo is probably not a scum gunsmith, though he could simply be not a gunsmith at all and have said something about gunsmiths pregame which caused Flinter to crumb it too. (maybe whoever got called first during MC was supposed to or something.

But DP said he went away the night Jahudo gunsmithed him, so Jahudoscum would have to have known his action would fail on DP? That doesn't make much sense. And if DBE promised to shoot DP that would have led to roleblock from Lockebuddy...

My confidence on the Darla wagon has stayed the same since day 2 began. And my stance changed from day 1 partially because her scummy actions happened at the very end of the day when all of us were focused on getting a lynch in and I thought Whisky was the best bet. I didn't know Darla was scummy until night 1.

It explains how I changed my read of her overnight. Once I got the gun result back on her I re-read her ISO and found her suspicious. I started day 2 questioning her and building my case. I didn't want to claim after only 1 result, so this was the clearest I wanted to be once I was more confident that she was a scummy killing role as opposed to a townish power role like a vig or cop.

Yes, I claimed before Locke or DP so they knew their roleblock was successful and what it had done to me. They could tailor their claims to that. DP claimed commuter next, which was another way to explain it instead of one of them claiming RB. I'm guessing because RB is pretty much just as common for scum or town, but commuter is more of a town power role.

Hey back from my mini-holiday. Interesting course of events. Guess that makes things easier on my part as I now know who scum is and that just saved me a lot of time scum hunting. The roleblocker flip doesn't change anything, it just means he isn't a gunsmith. Will post more later.

The three of you stood in a suspicious circle glancing around. Any of you could be the villain? Or at least that was the case for five seconds. Then it was made abundantly clear that llarmable was an innocent as a clean sock and had as much chance of being the killer as a new born babe. At that point llarmable looked at DavidParker and said “I think it’s you.”

DavidParker drew his gun. “You’ll never take me alive! Never! I’m going to shoot.” DavidParker pointed his gun at Llarmable “Heh! Heh!”

Jahudo drew his gun and then quickly shot DavidParker in the back.

MVP is pretty clear. Fate was obvtown, and his replacing in took Llama and myself right off the lynching menu, and practically formed a Llama/Fishy/Fate masonry. His reads on catchup were ridiculously accurate -

Scum category 3/5 scum
Neutral category 1 each
It's a testament to the standard of his play that he fakeclaimed, and only drew a four man wagon three of whom were scum.

@DP: out of interest, why the commuter claim? I feel it actually rather helped to confirm Jahudo, which was a pretty bad thing there.

On reflection, perhaps we shouldn't have killed Yos when we did. I really didn't play great when I replaced in but I felt like from PoE there was almost no way I wasn't going to get lynched. It worked in the sense that Yos' death made DBE an obvious lynch, but there wasn't much else we could do after that. People were calling me and DP scum together from the moment I got in the game so there was no amount of distancing or bussing we could do that would change that.

Satisfied with my play this game.

MVP would be Llama. Towniest damn play while being run up I've ever seen, and he had no hesitation in lylo.

His "fate could be scum grooming me" was a little lulzy though.

the problem was, i figured out who the other 2 scum were pretty quickly, but that didn't really help us whatsoever. I mean i only knew they were scum more or less because I WAS SCUM (and because i knew fate was town), so the only reason i saw for yos counter claiming Fate's fake-claim was that yos = scum. DBE vig = scum. And well, evne having figured out scum, they knew more or less who was scum as well (at least one of locke or me), and both were going for each other rather than hitting town. When we night killed yos, i knew scum would be targetting me prob, so it was more a "lets hit back" kinda deal. And knowing that killing yos would set up dbe's lynch. but then having killed off the other scum.. our position was crap still.
