She's gunna drop misleading hints everywhere, I didn't know it at the time, but she really does always seem scummy/gets wagoned as town or scum. I wish I had asked her more questions about her experience level on this and any other sites she played on.

@FF, I believe she did yes. It might have been a delayed relaxation. It felt off in retrospect. But hindsight 20/20, etc.
Presumably, all her interactions were fake. None of it feels like real suspicion to me and much of it is pure trollery. I could be a little biased, though!

Being confirmed town demotivates some folks, though. And also shuts down a channel of information for forming reads.

I'm dead tonight, SS.

If you're around tomorrow maybe we can talk about Tammy's semi-solve? Or we can look at my big wall of Tayl0r interactions and see if other things besides what I mentioned stand out?

i am not going to stop being annoying about this until i get my way

I've been wondering if a bulge/nahdia/maybe midwaybear solve made any sense

my earlier scum reads on bell/gamma/DS are starting to wane with what feels like real indignation about their views and I'm not sure if it's because my brain is just dead today or not. Midwaybear I only really townread the first part of day one and he's dropped off significantly since then, but Taylor did interact with him a lot, so I'm not sure what that means.

Bell has been off this game but I wonder if he would be under as much scrutiny if he were playing, say, on an anonymous alt. I feel like this elim will either happen or not happen eventually regardless of my stance so I'm not gonna focus on it as much as I thought I might

midwaybear. noisy. weirdly complacent about things I feel should be pinging him despite his appearance of being extremely engaged in the game.

sircakez probscum, molding his reads to whatever best suits the gamestate and general consensus on several counts.

petapan's motives are a mystery to me, but his push on me doesn't feel any kind of genuine. very much need to iso.

Gamma's catchup isn't doing anything to impress me at all and there's been a good solid handful of wtfposts. I'd wagon this.

Diamond is probably scum or detrimental townie at the very best.

I haven't been able to get a decent read on Nahdia from how I have been interacting with the thread so far.
Have any of these reads besides peta changed?

Pretty much the only legitimate reason I’ve seen you put out about me is the fact my catch ups are mastina-style. I have pointed out the fact that they actually differ in a way that should actually quite significantly allay your concerns about me, and stated that I’m like this as both alignments in multiple contexts, but you still have held onto this point like a treasured childhood doll. Is there really nothing else to the read? Why haven’t you acknowledged my response to this point seemingly ever? If this read on me really is all that it seems to be, I definitely look forward to rolling scum against you.
You should re-iso me if you think that's the only reason I've put out about you.

You backed off your DS push but I didn't like the way you went about backing off any more than I liked the way you used my question to DS as the launch-point of your push.

the make up of the two main wagons is kinda troubling.

I think that it's possible some of the non-masons have better reads because they have the typical game perspective of "in/out of elim-pool based on my play". That's a channel of info that's mostly lacking in the Gamma wagon.

It's conceivable that either wagon could be entirely town-driven. But there has to be at least one scum on one of the two main wagons.

I'm going to give this another try at explaining where my head is at.

This is a situation where no conftown are on the Bulge wagon. Maybe having that additional channel of info -- how the non-masonries are reading each other explains that, or if the wagon has scum presence.

Gamma's wagon isn't going to tell us much if he flips town.

These are considerations outside my reads of both Bulge and Gamma.

I'm not suggesting this is reason to change votes. It's just an acknowledgement of the gamestate as I see it.

I'll consider moving to Nahdia if there's enough energy around that, especially if their wagon doesn't become super polarized like the composition of these two wagons.

I get less from wall posts than naturally occurring (or unnaturally occurring) interactions. Because I think more care is put into the wall post than the spaced out posts.
How does this impact the info you get from his flip?

It struck me as off because I didn't move my vote off Gamma because of his AtE post. I feel a hint of smugness behind the words, like there was method and measure to the AtE post and it was successful. Maybe I'm reading into the tone incorrectly. I also feel like he mischaracterized my interactions with DS to his detriment (before the backoff), and this is another one, in a way.

Also, a subtext of : "AtE, ur doing it rong" to Bulge in this post.

I am, too. It's a hard, crazy year for a lot of people, and it just keeps grinding away.

When a lot of AtE hits the thread the differences in tone and in player reactions becomes part of the data flow.

You didn't fake claim in a way that led town to believe a scum player was confirmed town. It sure didn't involve late-game mis-eliming a couple of town players who put their hearts into the game, too. And it left the other town player in elo trying to judge between two players who had fake-claimed in a way the converted what was on the way to a town stomp into a potential loss. If Tammy's replacement hadn't been a god tier player I'm not sure it would have been a win.

Pooky you were a lot of fun to play with. You have the social manipulation aspect of this game down to a very fine virtuoso art! I don't think I've ever played with a scum player who made the game more enjoyable all the way up to that final moment where you had to turn on someone and stab them in the heart!

Yeah, I didn't get that crumb and neither did Syr. We both thought Cabd was crumbing loverizer or neighborizer there.

Cabd laid down non-crumb hints about being a miller on day 1, though, so other than as a sanity calibrator we were never going to investigate there.

I also disagree that our crumbing was uncrackable.

I've cracked similar stuff in other games, and I tested a couple of our crumbs with MS search this morning to confirm they were crackable.

It takes maybe 15 minutes max per major crumb, and quite a few of the crumbs would quickly trace back to Natirasha's Advance Wars Upick large theme game where an entire treasure trove of related crumbs were buried.

Who killed me?

I assume the why of my being targeted was that I was noisy and opinionated and (gasp) even decisive in this game.

And also you were kinda stuck not being able to target Tammy at least that night.

The crackability relies on people deep diving past games for clues that may or may not exist, idk it just seeems sketchy, and I’m going to have a clause warning about it in my ruleset going forward.
Good to know. Thanks.
