To clarify, Prof Fridays and I are Mary Ann and the White Rabbit. We have the ability to either Rolecop or Protect someone each night. Night One, we rolecopped Vi and got back Sane/Insane Cop. Night two, we was supposed to protect him but I forgot to submit my night action. Last night, we rolecopped Aronis. So what Prof Fridays says is true. If you read through yesterday, it's blindingly obvious we knew why we were lynching ns. We even telegraphed last night's action very obviously.

So, to specify, we are increasingly likely to be dealing with a dethy situation. Additionally, we should massclaim today. Three nights is a lot of actions, and I feel getting all our cards(see what I did there!) on the table will be beneficial to solving the game from this point.

Clever, sure. I know I'm being hypocritical here, but I kinda hate gotchas-for-the-sake-of-gotchas in mafia. My main points so far are the (maybe insane cop)+(potential framer).

Like, I get if you want to make a game where the power roles are weak and useless, but I've talked to FakeGod about this in numerous games now, but his math-based balancing is kinda fucked because he fights human nature too much. I know I make imbalanced setups--I've acknowledged it before too--but I focus on the human element. Some things just end up making sense.

This, much like "always claim Serial Killer in your first post", is a bad rule; and treating your Neighbor like a Mason even more obviously a bad rule than that; and refusing to acknowledge that it's a bad rule makes you a bad player.

It's a rule that works enough of the time as to even out over time. I've lynched my neighbors before when it made sense to. I mean, Prof Fridays played very well in the neighborhood. He caught all the same beats as me, thought in ways that were pretty describably townie. I don't think I would have suspected him until late in the game in any case.

But I am a bad player, that is true! 9% win rate and all that.
