I think there's a possibility we're looking at a nightless-like setup where most of the killing power is in town's hands, which I would view as highly incriminating toward feysal.

1. Feysal is scum
2. Feysal thinks this is pseudo-nightless
the last statement you quoted is trying to lay some groundwork that muffin would be scum if he survives the night and that we should lynch him while we have the chance.

i don't see the logic behind "This saw also cuts both ways, since if he truly were indestructible the game would be over either way, since he could single-handedly lynch everyone else and win the game for his team."
i think i agree that feysal is saying that town-muffin wins by default, but the later half of the statement feels weird.
i guess more awkward than weird. i believe that by this point we know that muffin has a gladiate, but that alone doesn't allow him to "single-handedly lynch everyone"

what had me concerned about kagami's post is that i don't think that the distribution of scum cards would be very different if they can, in fact, get back lost cards.

also, you are thinking about this wrong. reusing cards is a big deal.
so since scum don't have a factional kill it means one of two things,
1. scum have a member with an ability that can kill
2. scum have cards that can kill

the first one we can't really see. the second becomes a bit more visible IF they are day cards.

she's been scum when i've been town... a few times i want to say.
in all events, it goes "Sakura can't be scum" and when she is i go "hah" and when she isn't i go "see"
just like my ns paranoia, i'm just gonna go with "sakura is town" from now on
