Majiffy, to be fair I was mostly just looking for a summary and the town read wasn't going to be all that serious. If anything, it was going to be interesting to see who jumped at the opportunity to get town read, but no one took the bait.

"It's RVS on Day 3" doesn't really give me a feel for where people's heads are as far as reads. Like are there claims out there? Why were people lynched? Things like that would have been much better than the "this game sucks lol" that I got. That doesn't count as trying.

Private, I'm not at all "surprised" or "hurt". I just don't think Majiffy legitimately thinks that asking people for thoughts and judging their reactions comes from a scum mindset. I don't buy that he thinks I'd try to bring life to the game simply because I'm scum. It doesn't at all feel like a genuine read and that's why I'm voting him.

As for saying I had "every opportunity" to read, lol. Nah. 16 hour work days (zero internet access at work), kickball league, poker league, golf tournament, and spending time with my family are all things that come before mafia and that's just in the last week. Like I said, I suck at doing so, but I'm quitting mafia. I just don't have time for it anymore or consider it fun.

You'd think I'd be able to read someone I know IRL, but I always seem to be wrong. My read right now is town, but it's a weak read. She seems more willing to talk and give meaningful thoughts than she does as scum.

Post 979 and the post where she hammered Majiffy. As scum, I feel like she's quieter. Posts without saying much. Not very often. I get the feeling she's afraid to make a mistake. Her town game comes across the same way, but to a lesser extent. Don't trust my meta on her 100% though. I incorrectly scumread her the last time we played together in Inyuasha mafia. I think she got lost in the speed of a large theme and I mistook it for her scum meta.

Majiffy's hammer and subsequent "I didn't know he was that close" is bad. Hiplop's "w.e" is also bad. In fact, the whole ending of that day was pretty bad.

Pie, honestly that doesn't do much for me still. He could be scum who wanted to keep a buddy alive while accepting another was going down. Or he could be town who had one of two scum right in that situation. You haven't really shown me why you believe the first over the second. I was trying my best to do so. It was effectively mostly just me since Day 2. And since there were a few of you who have played with me in the past, the thing I thought I should do was play this the way I do my town games, especially VT ones.

So I read some of the this7 thread and I'm still not quite sure why piggy had issues with my majiffy push. Ceph kind of already said anything I would on that though. Like anyone who knows majiffy knows that he think he's charismatic, but even if not, the only way that's an issue is if he and I were scum together which piggy wasn't at all thinking so I don't get it. Also, resistance isn't mafia so that doesn't count a meta. I didn't understand that game at all and wasn't able to do anything for like half of it because my phone battery died. Meta me and you'll find plenty of scum games where I played awesome (and maybe a few town ones too )
