I was concerned that maybe past interactions or other influences might be coloring your judgment, but the core points really aren't that kind of thing. Checking vote count to make sure I don't hammer before alliances are finalized, but consider us voting for all intents and purposes.

I think we should ally with A50, btw. Either he's honest and wouldn't be adding any points to the count or if he's not honest he wouldn't add any points, so in terms of possible upside and for getting the most out of our alliances, that seems like the right move. Ok, I confirmed myself as town. It was a rather risky move given the situation but confirming myself as town helps start the healing process. Farside shading every little bit of conversation isn't helpful, and maybe I stopped a lower priority scum event. Since town mostly was not activating, this was the time to gamble. Otherwise, I might have to wait until night 5 or 6 to trigger. Who wants three more days of Farside paranoia? Given, that negated my contribution to the event, I used my investigative event as well. I have a sort of guilty. They have 48 hours to explain before I drop the bomb. I reserve the right to trigger earlier.

So, now what do we do?

We should claim votes. Based on the results, we should not get a correct matching number of votes. Each player will go in turn claiming whom they voted for. No one comment if it's too many or not. Also claim all your alliance attempts and if they worked for easy reference. When and how the numbers do not match, give us an idea has to how many scum must be in a particular pool. It becomes a maths problem.

I am using the order recommended by Mastina as she did not know my possible guilty at the time of drafting. I just moved myself to the bottom as I trust myself to be conftown over anyone else.

As for farside; I was working on the assumption she had destroyed my even specifically to allow Yume to bubble FB. My event would not have allowed an "outsider" to perform an action on someone inside.

But that would necessitate that farside already knew about Yume's ability, so they must have shared some sort of a communication link.

Now Yume is town, and Mastina is presumably Town, and they're together in this permanent neighbourhood, so I had every reason to believe farside was a member of their faction as well, and that they may have been more organized than us humans of Earth (due to them being Crystal Gems). To me this meant they may have had some sort of a messaging lobby.. maybe one that got activated by Mastina's action??

OK, never mind.. direct or indirect communication was my assumption, and to see Mastina always hard town reading farside it only made me believe it.

Now far says that may not be the case, and she did what she did for her own benefit, and Mastina isn't a main character of the Crystal gems either, and I'm back to square one on this issue.

Part 1 - at least one scum in RR, almost and skybird

Ok, here's where we are on the voting thing. There is one too many votes on Mastina. The mod said there were 7 votes. If everyone is being honest and not mistaken, there should only be 7. But Titus, I keep getting 7 votes by my calculations? Nope. 8. Mastina and Yume are in an alliance. Yume's vote on mastina counts as 2 votes. Yume and Mastina account for 5 votes. RR, almost50, and Skybird has at least one scum in it.

Part 2 - Why Votes on NC were selfish and irrelevant

We have 11 voters who did not vote for conftown or have their event in the leader board despite this event being announced for days. Like seriously, what the heck guys?

These players are: Snarky Snowman, DGB, Random, shadow Step, shiro, fuzzy, Magna, creature, Firebringer, TWIE, and McMenno.

The players that voted on the leaderboard removing scum:Farside, nc, Mastina, Yume, myself, grapes, Xkyfu, kraska, 1 of rr/almost/Skybird, one more of rr/almost/skybird

For every person scum suggest is scum in the voters who successfully voted myself, Mastina, or NC, there MUST be a corresponding player in those who did not vote Mastina, nc, or myself.

Part 3 - The balancing act - no more than 3 successful voters are scum. More than likely, 2 or less.

The rule that was divined was that each scum voter in the big block must have a corresponding buddy.

Removing the conftown and those we know to be scum, we see who is eligible to be scum.

We take me out being mod confirmed town.
We take out Mastina. Yume confirms Mastina. Mastina cannot be scum without Yume. Mastina being scum requires 7 scum to all act in concert. Just no.
We take out Yume. Yume is Steven. Pretty obvious.

That leaves Farside, NC, Kraska, grapes, Xkyfu, one of rr/Skybird/almost, one of rr/skybird/almost.

At maximum, there can only be three scum in those 7 names. Fewer if one of NC or Farside is scum. If more then three were scum, we would see eight or more scum, which is a farce. 7 total scum (which would be three names in that list) is pushing it.

If we go with the assumption of 6 scum, then we have an equation that solves for how many scum in each group. Just change 6 for whatever the actual number of scum are.

6 = 4(a) + 3(b) + 2(c) + d.

A = 1 if not Chara is scum. Otherwise A = 0.
B= 1 if Farside scum. Otherwise B = 0.
C = the number of scum in Kraska, grapes, Xkyfu, one of Skybird/almost50/RR, one of Skybird/almost50/RR
D = the number of scum in the lurkers not covering for a b or c.

This means the ideal play, minus the guilty on Farside, is to lynch within the no voters. If those who voted are town (even assuming Farside is town for sake of argument), then there are 4 scum in 11. That's a 37% chance to find scum. RR/Almost/Skybird is 33 % but certain.

Given that scum refused to divide themselves into neat little pools, they made it terrible play to lynch the players that successfully voted on the board, thus greatly hurting their chances.
