I think the issue with this setup was jails preventing us seeing flips, which cost so much information for town that apathy easily set in.

Town was demotivated by the sucky setup imo. There was no activity.

I mean if town can't see results of their wagons to get idea who is support lunches on scum versus town. It's kind of like the game is in perpetual day one where scum get to shoot of players while we just remove players from game.

This game was in day one for the whole game

Your ally was imprisoned sure, but you knew who was town or scum in there while town wasn't sure of any of it.

That is the problem.

I had too much information. I had to fake three different worlds. It was Gistou on steroids. I couldn't frame anyone as scum because no one knew anything.

I think your problem is you over think.
Like I have no fucking clue what you mean by three worlds, pretending you don't know shit isn't that hard, in some cases it's pretty easy to do if you really don't know what your doing.

Math was also being really contradictory and I just handwaved it for most of the game instead of looking more at them. It was only when I realized my townreads had to be wrong because I couldn't make a team make sense without them that I started thinking I had to actually re-evaluate my Math read.

Town gets one more day, and all the flips.

Of abr does still shoot, 50% chance town is still okay even if he shoots town and th e prison break revives scum.

I said this before but this game essentially was a day 1 all game because of that prison. I think it would work better as your suggestion of just one escape

I think you shouldn't supplement towns lynch with the prison? Perhaps allow both but separate? And I guess allow more chances to escape prison?
