You would have wasted power attack. There isn't any more powerful effect of that ability. Power attack was meant to give a boost to level 1 abilities (which featured a lot of weak variants of common roles).

Obviously, some design flaws. Player's progressed too slow, role powers developed too slowly and sometimes linearly. I should have given a kill or two out earlier, maybe even gave a vig shot feat.

btw 19 player games are tricky for balance. I personally believe 4 scum is too few and 5 scum to many. Killable Traitor and/or some 3rd party + 4 group scum os the way i go with that.

However the additional factional abilities were a very thoughtful and nice touch.

I actually disagree - with 15:4 I think it wasn't bad town had to sift through some.
Perhaps if there was balance to help town if they were terrible (no scumdeaths on D3/D4 or something) they could level but again you can't balance the game around bestplay/worstplay from either faction.

I think it was well-done.

I was just incredibly surprised that someone guessed it and was like HELLO SCUM ROLECOP.
So I just approached it with a joke and tried to see what happened.

Then you made sense since all of this is public knowledge from the actual PATHFINDER.

Obviously I had to have 19 players because there are only 19 core and base classes.

Next time...we'll just prestige.

yayayay!

Good game town. Go us.

Thank you for modding T-Bone.

This game was a lot of fun and I enjoyed playing with all of you. Also I think this is the first game in forever that ActionDan read me correctly which was kinda amusing because other people who usually read me right were worried about me.

I kinda crumbed that I had taken medium armor proficiency but it was probably only obvious to me, but I have a habit of dying night three even if my reads are crap so I wanted some of my feat choices out there so people couldn't fake them.

I was completely fooled by Varsoon though and think that if Jaqen would have been lynched that day, Varsoon might have been able to ride that cred for a bit. But who knows with Dan's omnitrack.

Jaqen I loved loved loved your rp this game!

In post 71, Jaqen Hghar wrote:I submitted mine when I picked it up.

Tammy. Take no offense when you read over this later. A shiny new banner would blind me a bit too.

No offense taken at all! I was joking about the banner though. My reads were barely mediocre that game. :/

In post 32, BBmolla wrote:No why Tammy I want to play with her :(

Awe! I was bummed you replaced out!

In post 54, Jaqen Hghar wrote:Right. But who do you think more likely to actually find scum? I haven't played with AD or flum, but I know Tammy, Nero, and GiF are all excellent in doing so. Probably Tammy more so than the others in this game based off her stated suspicions and interactions. AD seems much less focussed, so even at Lv 2 I see him as less of a threat.

Thanks!

It would have been between you and matt for me. But it'd probably fall on you because scum would need a strong man

Yeah, I was really surprised that town went after me after the absolute scum-slip Jaqen had about his level.
I was trying a hard bussing strategy and it didn't really pay off since I got lynched. :/
I shouldn't have hesitated on the D3x wagon and I should've been actually around for the BBM/ABR wagons so that the bussing would've been more strident. I faltered and that cost us a bunch.

I also think we played the setup poorly. We should've just used our strongman kills on the people who got the hammer for the first few days. Letting people hit level 3 was a mistake--especially people we couldn't control.

All in all, I feel like this could've gone both ways, but I feel like I fumbled a bit and town strong-armed the scumteam hard out the gate so, yeah.

I really like the setup idea and the early flavor. Cool stuff, I'd like to see what you do with the sequel, T-Bone.

I feel exasperated! Exhausted. Maybe it's just the whole end-of-the-semester woes, haha.
You guys were great. Andy brought a lot of energy to this game, and while I'm resentful that he totally clobbered my ass, I really appreciate his enthusiasm and good nature.
I hope we can all have fun games in the future~

Oh man, you guys who were belligerent about lynching me (Nero!) really annoyed me! I don't know how to cope with that as scum. Guess I gotta be cool as a cucumber?
I just hate getting pegged! ><
Regardless, you guys were great. Sorry if the tension of the game ever had me being a butt!

I dunno, I'm rambling now.

I love you guys.

*shrug* Glad my mislynch was the only one for the most part. I'd take that for a town win. Still my lynch was very frustrating.

Thanks! Despite his obvscum I was in the dead thread, I'm still pretty sure the game would still be rolling in the wrong direction had town not lynched me while I was in bed asleep :)

And thanks for hosting this T-bone! I'd really like to be in the next one as well if you're taking preins. Btw, did Serra get an innocent on me N1, or was that just pure coincidence that lead to me correctly pegging him for Oracle?
