[serious] what do you like on bagels?

My Tim's order is an everything bagel double-toasted with plain cream cheese and bacon. At home I usually go for a sesame bagel with peanut butter and a few slices of cheddar to dip in the especially melty parts. Always crispy; untoasted bagels are trash.

That may be true! Although even when I'm in Montreal I tend to prefer toasted.
