We should probably establish a dynamic for each resort locale. Faghaus, for example, will feature the heaviest of drinking and late sleep-ins. Poly Manse offers the most comfortable sleeping spaces and REAL ADULTS. NuNest can be the designated chill-out zone for anyone overstimulated by constant yelling and interaction, plus the opportunity to observe Fate in his natural habitat.

Book your flights 45-90 days before the date, not earlier/later.
Most domestic airlines will PRICE MATCH each other online every Tuesday or Wednesday. This means if you buy a ticket ON FRIDAY (not FOR a Friday flight, just ONLINE, ON A FRIDAY) it will probably be more expensive than an equivalent ticket bought the following or previous Tuesday. I don't know if international airlines follow similar conventions, but check each day for a week before you buy.

The website & company have expanded and gotten a bit more polished, but the prices are still dirt cheap for buses between major cities. Not all the lines stop in Raleigh, but it's worth checking into if you're on the Eastern seaboard.
I used to take a $10 roundtrip (yep) between Rochester <-> NYC all the time when the bus line was used to transport fish & produce (yeeeeep).

Exactly! People wonder why I like AH when I normally care about good design in games, and it's just because you make an experience of it.
I'd bring my expansions along but sadly I don't get time off until April.
THEY DON'T OWN YOU HITO
Have you asked for your time in advance? From my experience, this isn't a huge deal in a lot of industries as long as your coworkers are given ample notice and no one else is MIA.
if you're going to be a slave to corporate culture, you better start practicing asking for stuff (and getting it). They set guidelines for the chumps who are too timid to ask for bigger boxes. The ones who do ask for bigger boxes usually
get
take them and end up in upper management. Start now!

Pulled/jerk/BBQ meat in a crockpot is another candidate for sammiches. We strongly favor foods that keep well overnight and can be crockpot'd, because leftovers inevitably contribute to the next day's lunches.

Yeah, I'm not sure how to do portioning/pricing on this one. How many people do you think 1 duck will feed supported by simple sides like rice & vegetables?

We have a Sam's club membership, so if we can buy bulk and use the same base ingredients all week it'll stretch the budget very far (far enough to include many ducks?).

You're visiting some friends who got in on the startup market in Raleigh/RTP. If you like the area & company, you might even secure an internship/job/whatever doing ???.
I don't think it's outrageous to tell the truth. I have a group of friends scattered across continental NA; periodically we pick someone's home and have a get-together there.

We will bypass the tyranny of red tape. Our limitless capacity for game design will not be consigned to the regulatory abyss! No longer will the common mod deign to the bureaucrat and bourgeoisie! Free, we will determine moderator ability not by acquiescence to authority but by OUR DESIRE and WILL. There can be no game without playerbase! Above all injuctions we soar; I beseech you, brothers and sisters, to leap from your panoptic tower-prisons, decrust your wings simulacrum, and take flight over any who would see you instead tethered!
viva la jugador
viva la jugador
seize what it yours from those who have stolen it!
viva la jugador!
