John Oliver's bit was pretty neato and persuasive, but I don't think he has as large an audience in the UK as the US.

UK voters still don't understand that they aren't "escaping" from EU regulation by leaving. All European imports would still have to comply, as would all UK products that want to be sold in the EU. The only way to avoid the regulations would be to purposefully reduce trade with Europe, which is obviously hurts the UK way more than the EU.
