The "X people missed the like button" YouTube comment

Opinion: The aforementioned cliché is overused and needs to die as fast as possible. Everyone who sees such a comment should rate it down on the spot.

It's either a pathetic flame or a bad joke that's been told almost more often than "Orange you glad". Let's do our part to dispense with it.

At least 1 YouTube user hates "missed the like button" comments. If you hate them too, copy this onto another video with those comments and add 1 to the number.

IF WE WANT TO GET PLUSSES FROM SYMPATHIZERS TO FUEL OUR OWN DAMAGED EGO THEN LET US YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ etc

I preferred the 5 star system. But then youtube, facebook, wikipedia... all major sites eventually stop caring about what the users want and just sit back and watch as users then try to navigate round there website. Fortunetly I got used to facebook (until the next update which noone wants or the privacy settings change, get reverted, change back then settle into a happy medium), I signed up for a wiki account purely to be able to have the old setup back and well, youtubes for watching videos, I dont care too much about rating them.

In other words, this topics pointless and Im changing it into how all sites are becoming less user friendly. (except ms, of course)

MS was more user friendly before the move, though.

The front-end platform is almost identical. If you're griping about prosilver, that's your own forum virginity peeking through.

If you like YouTube comments then you'll love xbox live chat! It's the same thing, but without all that boring reading!

Man, chain-posts are the lamest things newbies make. (That, and expecting people to follow them.)

I don't believe you all. How do you
not
manage to read YouTube comments at all? The "X people" remark shows up CONSTANTLY on Highest Rated, which is why I bring it up. Unless you're weird and you shrink your browser window so that the comment window isn't visible, you can't help but look at it. And that damned comment is always at the top.

It's unavoidable. You've never seen a YT comment in ages? That's baloney unless you've managed to never see a YouTube video within the past few months.

On the new topic (*groan*), I kinda like the new system better than the 5-stars one just for its transparency. I don't mind not having the gray area. I think overall human's tolerance for change is initially low when it comes to user interfaces, but I've never seen prolonged problems in terms of adaptation.

I'm sorry, I missed your mom's like button.

I read YouTube comments because 98% are ridiculously hilarious. Had never heard of this button meme until now. Apparently I'm not reading the
right
comments. xD
