We've seen this script before from the Sharks.
Ski mask? Check! Sawed off? Check! Guilty conscience, fear of death? Check! Check! Check!

Get to know me. Or don't. I won't tell you what to do. I'm not God. Or your father. Or your boss.

Kings go down in five games, held the lead for just four minutes the entire series.

Guess we're not playing by the script.

I mean, it's still the Sharks. It's like the Caps - they always find a way to throw it.

Cant wait for the ducks to lose another game 7 at home...
As the last rays of sunlight fade, one killer chases another through the tangled madness of the city.
A flash of steel announces the presence of his quarry.
The stage is set.
The night explodes.

Well this year, the Blues are pretty damn good at Game 7s AND elim games. They're 2-0 for both of them.

Also I'm rooting for the Preds tonight.

2 blowout game 7's was kinda lame.

I like the final 4 though: sharks/blues and pens/lightning

Monday Night:

The Sharks seek their first Cup in franchise History as the Pens look to lift the cup for the 2nd time in 7 years.

Who do you guys have winning?

Cup clinching game tonight for the pens. Never thought the pens would be this dominant.

^ It's not over yet, though. Sharks could dismantle them tonight for all we know.

I doubt there will be a dismantling. Before last game, pens had outshot their opponents (by a large margin) in 12 straight games. Sharks outshot pens last game but still lost. Sharks have not held a lead at all in the finals (they won in OT, so still have 00:00 playing time with a lead). The sharks could win, yes, but a dismantling would be a surprise. I'm ok with it. My wife's a pens fan, shes happy with they win and grumpy when they lose, so I'm happy too when they win.

Either way I feel my sharks pick was validated. :)

No one expected the Blues to dismantle the Stars Game 7. No one expected them to dismantle the Sharks Game 4.

The Sharks have entered a slump at the worst time. They need to dig themselves out of it, and fast, or the Cup is presented tonight.

Your 3 stars of the game:

1. Martin Jones
2. Martin Jones
3. Martin Jones

If Sharks win the Cup and he's not MVP, I'll be shocked.
