We've had "a conversation" and for me that's always been a grey area thing. It's hard to judge. And I am no lawyer, few here are. So I don't think this is easy.

The one question we might have (I think) is that if we do identify it and a restriction of sorts takes place, maybe we don't want MS associated with this at all and should make the ban be for the whole site.
