Yes, I know this is like my third thread in this section, but I really don't have anything better to do than talk to you guys.

So I got sick. I feel so crappy. I know it's mostly psychosomatic because I'm a hypochondriac to the highest degree, but god I feel awful. Itvs either a bad cold or a mild flu for sure.

Do you guys have any tips for feeling better in a college setting where you're unable to stay in bed until you get better? :c

Usually when I get sick it actually is mostly mental. But then again I'm not afraid of mental illness so I'll just tell my boss I'm feeling really really shitty if I need to take a day off. And if he asks for a cert I'll go to my doc and tell him exactly the same thiing but in more detail.

I reckon I've taken aproximately 10 days off physically sick in the last 8 years and probably 60-70 because work stresses me out, or because it culminates in physical symptoms, or because I'm stressed for other reasons, or because I generally feel bad.

Fortunately sick days are a thing here.

And absolutely, jack off if you think it'll make you feel better.

I'll see if I can get excused from class tomorrow, but I doubt it'll work. And I woke up from a two hour nap. I might feel worse now than before. Wahhhhh i haet dis

I have depression and anxiety disorders. I'm on medication for them, but I still tank sometimes. Yesterday was a culmination of bad feelings and crying episodes, and the guilt of driving my roommies out kinda pushed me over the edge.

It's morning now, and while I could be better, luckily I'm not as bad as I was last night. But I'll definitely see someone today about my latest... episode.
