I got a 12, that's my base goal, so I'm happy. But I thought this song would do better, or at least stay in my average 45 or so points.

Also I think I have never gotten so many 1's.

Also also, I already have a band in mind for the next contest, which wasn't even on my list, but they're different from what I usually enter (rock and male vocals). I think I might have a shot.

The more of these contests I do, the more I think that this is the right attitude to have. I mean I guess I would be pretty happy if I ever won, but ultimately I think I'm here to find new music and show other people the music I like. I know my tastes don't line up with a lot of people's tastes when it comes to music, so the best I can hope for is to introduce at least a couple people to something they'll like.
