Trumpet was my first instrument but I'm more used to bigger mouthpieces now, so my range and tone are really bad

Wait, you played trumpet?

Bulge and I met at All Star Band in Middle School! I played Trombone and he played Baritone. Yeah, yeah, we're cute.

I'm the 1st chair alto saxophone in my school's concert band and jazz band, that instrument is my life! I also sing, but I have a really weird vocal range that makes it hard to sing almost anything, so my big thing is saxophone. My goal for next year is to make it into a particular state-wide group, but it only accepts four alto saxophones so it's a pretty big goal. Crossing my fingers and practicing like crazy, though!

Used to play clarinet, wasn't very good.

I can play the trumpet, and as has already been implied (not least because both my sisters played various brass instruments as well) I can play a lot of other brass instruments as well. (All to varying degrees of poor, trumpet maybe slightly less so)

Oh and keyboard, recorder, probably could give the tin whistle a good try.

Baritone to trombone is actually a more seamless transition

Many people mistake it for a wind instrument but it's technically a brass.
