Also even after requested I was banned from being able to edit my own intellectual property and it was not removed as requested which is a violation of US federal copy write law.

Yes, this is a direct ban violation, however my adherence to that was void once MafiaScum.net did not honor their own rules or user agreement. I'm sure when people wake up this thread will be deleted but it isn't here to make a statement to users, it is simply here to inform MafiaScum of the issue and inform then that they will be receiving a letter of intention to sue shortly and is they do not resolve the issue they will be appearing in court.
