A few things first came to mind: World Peace, for no child to be born with defects, cure to all diseases, eradicate world hunger.
Ultimately it comes down to either choosing to be omnipotent or omniscient.

I wish to be omniscient - including to know everything there is to know about the universe, life outside Earth, life before humanity, afterlife etc.
