There is a gym goer at the service desk, grunting to Sarah

The zombie intelligently dives right between the two of you as though diving the gap would capture you both. The logic is great, but it lands on the floor heavily. As it hasn't had any brains yet, it decides to try again.

Sarah sits at the desk watching keenly. This is entertaining

1. Zombie goes for Victoria
2. Zombie goes for Matthew
3. Zombie walks back to Sarah

Notably Merrick and Sally remain hiding in the santas grotto, where they fled before Victoria arrived.

Both sides take 1 point of damage each, but wait... what's this?.... Victorias chair leg comes down hard on the zombies skull.

The Zombie staggers backwards, defeated. And from the desk Sarah stands up and yells "BEGONE". The zombie picks himself up, and returns back to the gym.

Merrick and Sally come out from hiding under the reindeer, and return to their posts.

You hear a ding noise. It sounds like the elevator might now be working.

[ambic]

The elevator opens. You can go up or down 1 floor.

[ambic]

You arrive in a hallway, there are some entrances to more rooms here.

A Service Room. You will be able to visit that after the next eatery phase, as a room choice.
An Office with LOST and FOUND sign painted on its window. It is currently locked with a PIN number lock on the door.
