Hello to you all. The nation of Arrakis is in favor of a United Nations of sorts for Gazebo. We agree with the statements of Lord TS regarding this agreement, and Arrakis proposes the name "Gazebo Council."

Additionally, we agree with the nation of Koapox that any modification of public documents made by any leader is deemed invalid, unless this is done to fix an error such as a misspelling.

Here's what happened:

I found him. After Mhork said that I deserved reparations and refused to give me any unless I gave him a criminal of crimes in our land, I began an interrogation of my own. Mhork knew that I had this man. Mhork and Arrakis did try to resolve this peacefully, but even when I brought taking down the Arrakis-Mhork embargo down into the picture, I was still denied.

I did bring attention to me having Ghaor to anybody who asked in the thread. That was 4-5 people. I don't quite see how that many resources were spent, even after Mhork did state that Ghaor had been captured (it'd have been less if Mhork had stated it instead of keeping it private).

I had always intended on bringing Ghaor to justice, but I would rather have Arrakis do this than Mhork, as he was caught in Arrakis for crimes in Arrakis.

As before, I do not intend on taking any offensive action, but I do believe that Arrakis does require the spending of

When my nation may have a significant issue, I feel a need to take these measures.

The criminal gave a name. Klazam stated this name earlier, Siple Rivet. I received information that Rivet was a middle-ranked officer, and that Rivet might (or might not) have informed Mhork authorities to what he was doing.

I interrogated him first, to no avail. When this failed, I tried torture, which worked.

I told Topos, as well as everybody else who asked in page 28 (chesskid), when he asked in the thread.

After interviewing some Arrakis people, Arrakis has determined that it is in the nation's interest to give Ghaor back. We are not in favor of doing this, but we have deemed it necessary.

Stated the survey, a ~70% majority of Mhorkists do not side with the land of Mhork on the issue (and a 100% majority of non-Mhorkists). However, an overwhelming majority of Mhorkists (~90%) wanted to give him back (however, only about 5% of non-Mhorkists did).

Also, it may be in Mhork's interest that I did not receive my answers until your four hour warning. It may also be in Mhork's interest that 99.9% of Arrakians know how to count.

In Arrakis, as soon as the object was discovered a fighter jet was sent after it. When the pilot reported back that it was an UAV, this was passed up though the chain of command until it arrived with the Minister of War two hours later, by which time the UAV itself had already returned to Mechanica Terram.
