Just found an official copy of the rules online - there is one die, and Miss Scarlet always goes first. (I wonder if the initial starting positions are arranged to counter the turn order advantage?)

Other rules of interest:
You must move the full number of spaces on the die. EXCEPTION: You do not need exact count to enter a room.
You may not enter the same space twice in the same move.
You must leave a room the turn after you entered it. You may not "pass." EXCEPTION: If the exits of a room are blocked by other players, you must wait for one of them to move before you can leave.
You may only make one suggestion in a room. To make another, you must leave and re-enter.
If you are moved to a room by another player's suggestion, on your next turn you may make a suggestion there instead of moving.
In my family, we played that #5 had priority over #4: If you were "moved" by another player's suggestion to the room you were already in, you could still make a new suggestion there. I don't think that was what they intended though.
p-edit: Nah, I'll stick with the colonel. Though recently I keep imagining him as the Modern Major General from Pirates of Penzance.

They're not "additions", I was just stating some of the less-intuitive rules. They're directly from Hasbro's official instruction booklet (though paraphrased).

@Mod:
If you're not here, can we respond to suggestions ourselves? For instance, in this case since SavetheDragons passed on all three cards earlier, RedCoyote could show Klick a card or post pass, and if he passed then I could show Klick a card or pass.

I really hope I'm wrong about that being the correct solution. I've been waiting for my chance to make a final suggestion followed by an accusation; would be a shame if RedCoyote got the jump on me with a lucky guess.

I dispute calling my suggestion a lucky guess. I'm not having the best game, admittedly, but I'm putting thought into my actions. I'm not just throwing things out there willy-nilly, lol.
I never said you were. I just meant you only won because you picked the right suggestion; whereas I had narrowed it down to two possibilities, Plum/Wrench/Conservatory or Mustard/Wrench/Conservatory, so I would have won whether the suggestion succeeded or failed.

RedCoyote's Knife slip did help, but Snake's Mrs. White slip helped even more. That let me nail down almost Klick's whole hand (except for Plum vs Lead Pipe) without ever using up a suggestion on him myself.
edit: Actually, since RedCoyote's Knife slip let me confirm Wrench as the weapon, I guess it was pretty helpful too.

RedCoyote had Mr. Green, Knife, Dining Room.
Thurhame had Mrs. Peacock, Rope, Hall.
Mitillos had Hall, ???, ???.
Snakes had Mrs. Scarlet, ???, ???.
Klick had Mrs. White, Revolver, Lead Pipe.
Save The Dragons I'm not sure of.
