I wonder if maybe this game could be turned into a thing where you take 20 players, or some large number like that, and make it all flavourful, with impossibly dangerous situations as described in the questions with additions by the mod, and then the group has to decide for themselves through discussion how they'll split themselves.
The people who guess correctly live to see another day. Those who don't get their deaths described in lovely detail.
It seems like a fun way to run something that otherwise might get a little dull after a while.
