Episode 2

Immunity challenge: One-by-one, each castaway is given an insect grub to consume. If any individual refuses to each their bug, their tribe loses the challenge. The tiebreaker sees one member of each tribe (chosen by the opposing tribe) racing to eat two larvae, with the first player done winning immunity for their tribe.

Reward challenge: The castaways had to make a distress signal. The goal was to make the best S.O.S. signal for the plane (with Jeff in it) to see. The best signal would win the tribe hammocks, towels and pillows, plus two additional items (one chosen by each tribe).

Immunity challenge: A five-part relay race: The first member swam to a buoy, dove down and retrieved a map in a bottle. The second member ran across a floating bridge with the bottle to a waiting boat, where the second and third members would paddle to shore. The fourth member would break the bottle, check the map, and sprint into the jungle to find a rope ladder and a key. For the final leg, the two remaining tribe members had to locate a buried treasure chest and dig it up.

EPISODE 6: "UDDER REVENGE"

Reward challenge: One at a time, each tribe member raced to a barrack. There were three different items in there (a can opener, a knife, and an Army helmet). The first tribe to get all of their items (with no duplicates) back to the start won a reward of canned foods and a chocolate bar.

Spoiler: THE STORY

Tensions were still high within the Tagi tribe after Jed and Gervase were trying to get out Gary for so long, and at the merge Twila decided she was tired of the people she had spent the first 18 days of the game with, especially after her closest man Jeremiah got his legs torn off. But Twila and Gary soon got into a fight over how the merge tribe shelter should be built, leading her to bond with Jed and Gervase over their mutual distaste for Papa Smurf and his blue hands.

Courtney and Sylvia were the only Pagong members wanting to stay true to tribe loyalty, but they were able to keep Brad on board in order to target whichever of Jed/Gervase didn't win immunity, as they are both challenge threats. Corinne tried to court Brad onto her side, but he got very offended when she referred to him as "my gay", so Corinne cast a vote for him out of spite.

Meanwhile, Sally and Alex danced around the idea of flipping to the Pagong side, but with both sides trying to take out someone from Tagi, they ended up voting with Gervase/Jed/Twila to take out Gary, in order to keep the peace around camp.

Reward challenge: Each tribe member was to shoot at an archery target with a bow and arrow. The closest mark to the bullseye won a video from home and the chance to send a video home to them.

Reward challenge: Under a time limit of five minutes, tribe members dove into a mud pit and covered their body with as much mud as they can, then raced back and scraped it off into a bucket. They could not carry mud in their arms or in their hands, only their body. The buckets are then weighed, and the heaviest bucket would win a cold beer, then picked up, blindfolded and taken to a mysterious bar to watch the first five minutes of this season.

Reward/Immunity challenge: The tribes have to maneuver across a broken bridge by using two planks. Going down to a raft with a torch carrier, they will get on the raft, put their torch on the holder, and then push the raft to get to the island that is across the way. At the island are two sets of ladder rungs that they need to grab and then go to another raft. The tribe has to pull on the rope to get back to the other island. Once they get to the other island they need to put the rungs on the ladder, climb up to a fire pit, and light it. The winning tribe would receive waterproof matches and immunity.

Once all members are at the crate, they must dive down, unhook the crate, and swim it down through the rapids and back to shore. The winning tribe receives two blankets.

The winning tribe receives two items chosen from the Survivor catalog by each tribe, plus toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and shampoo.

Each tribe must carry their logs one at a time along their criss-crossing paths while negotiating a series of obstacles to a tower where they must use the logs to build a staircase by inserting them into peg holes around the tower. Both tribes must stay together and on their own path. The first tribe to get all their logs to their tower, build their staircase and have one member to the top of the tower wins blankets, canned food and other supplies left behind on the first day.
