It's also interesting to note that with this set of rules, we're limited to passing one proposal per page, which forces us to prioritize quality over quantity, even more so than usual for nomic (in my experience, at least). Not enough just to have people like your proposal, they have to like it more than any other current proposal in play.

First, yes, but a proposal can be repeated in the future. Second, clarified and thank you.

In fact, a proposal need not be repeated. The original poster could simply vote in favor of their own previously unsuccessful proposal on another page.
