1. Abandon the game (I will update the OP and do whatever else and also not lose people's hands and the cards and things if this is not chosen)
2. Replace CC

To be blunt, this game was damaged by the modkill of SleepyKrew when you should have contacted your standby replacements instead. The rest sucks but can be worked around, and turns could take less than a month.

Abandon the game. If you're willing to restart the game and moderate it seriously, I'd be happy to play again.
