"football"!Rules:
Each player ranks the 32 teams in order of how they think the teams will do from best (the team that you think will win it all) to worst (the team you think has no shot of even winning one game). These rankings will be used to determine the multiplier you give for each team when scoring...like so:
Best team - x32
Second best - x31
Third best - x30
...
Worst x1
So for example, if you think Brazil will win all the glory, and rank them #1, you would be giving them a multiplier of x32. If you rate England as the second best team, you would be giving them a multiplier of x31, etc.
Scoring:
Each team will earn a certain number of points based on how many games they win, and how far the advance.
Group Stage
Win: +3 points
Draw: +1 point
Loss: 0 points
Each team that advances to the knockout round will earn an additional bonus point.
Knockout
R16: +6 points for win
Quarter: +7 points for win
Semi: +8 points for win
Finals: +9 points for win
Winning:
At the end, I will take each team's points and multiply it by the multiplier you gave for that team, and add em all up to create your final score. The person with the most points wins!
