I'll run another, I do want to see if anyone has any balance suggestions for the shooting stage. Because I think atm it's all dependent on who shoots first which is kind of eh.

Was thinking of a system where any player on the team can shoot, but every player also can veto a shot each round. Something like that. I'd have to work out the numbers. Idk. Or is it fine as is?

It also scuppers the lovers. Notice how exactly everything I did there was based on me being the lover and trying to do stuff about lovers. Having to run some sort of masquerade to their own team is bad, or else this happens.

Actually, how about say three of your team members.

I was trying here to pretend to be one of the blue team. That way, the blue team will think I'm sam, so will mistakenly accept me with open arms. This then forces the real Sam to pretend to be red team. Thus, giving us the advantage.

But, I guess my message wasn't obv.

I was thinking in addition to bulge's "klick/cephrir are sam" that panda would have put his leader there as we'd be loath to shoot them. So had I been going for red win I'd have shot cephrir as klick was really obviously sam.

Lol bulge. If the blatant claim didn't convince you, the fact I focused exclusively on lover issues should have been enough.

Yay! Love conquers all! I was in class when the deadline hit and between classes when it was red's turn to shoot. Then on a break in class I didn't have much time but noticed the window was open and went for it.

Lovers quite obviously have a massive advantage as is.

Eh. Not really. For all that some people were a little worried about the lover, we got massively, massively ignored. Especially given that sam was known to be klick, one of us should have died before we got the chance to do it.

I mean, you kindof have the thing that neither side really wants to shoot the lovers because if they do they get disadvantaged against the other team, but somebody's gotta bite the bullet or lose to the lovers.

game fixer. If someone other than lovers shoots lovers, person gets another shot.

See the only problem with that though is that I wanted this game to work with 6 players. Red Leader, Goon, Lover vs. Blue Leader, Goon, Lover. Maybe a Lover dying if they shoot incorrectly is a better fix?

Hold on, let's revamp the system.

Let's change the lovers a lot.

A. They now win if both are dead.
B. They know each others identity.
C. They can't shoot each other.

I think this will work better with the main game at hand.
