Wait where did $400,000 come from?

Isn't it, Inside accounts have $300,000 and whenever you smuggle you take that much from your inside account to your outside account, and you walk away with everything from your outside account? Where does money go when the custom's officer stops it? Do they keep it in their inside or outside account? And that means I only have $200,000 left to smuggle, correct?

Your outside accounts started with $100,000. Your inside accounts started with $300,000. The total was $400,000 per player.

Having taken $100,000 out of your inside account, it is now down to $200,000, which is the remaining amount you can potentially smuggle, just as you said.

The rounds were indeed supposed to be different ones, but the past ones were also supposed to be known, by the time the future ones came around. So, no, the participants must be distinct, so that the rounds can truly be concurrent.
