Horn telling everyone your alignment was supposed to be a detriment, I think, but ended up as an advantage.

And then just change the rule that two people who have swapped in a round can't swap again?

Any ideas on fixing the horn?

Yea, some rule about not undoing swaps would be necessary. I would say you can't directly undo a previous swap, but if A was swapped with B, B could still be swapped with C, etc. Swapping other people's items just serves to spread out the information, I feel -- also means more communication required in thread, which this game sort of lacked.

It felt like too many rounds. By the middle of round 3 I knew everything I needed to know. Granted, I got lucky starting out with the crown, but still.

Horn seeing someone's object is good; I just feel that the public alignment was a second benefit instead of a hindrance. Gut would be something like "You learn the target's object, and the target learns your alignment" or similar.

I'm super not a fan of "Crux of the game is making sure your team doesn't have the horn at the beginning of the final turn" but that may be solvable by just limiting how well the teams are known so that no one's going into the final round knowing who their entire team is.

I mean, the game really feels like it wants to be "Here's some incomplete information. You really want to communicate this to your teammates while lying to the other team." And to get there I think each player needs less information overall.
