As we play the star-studded, big money...
One player is randomly chosen to go first. That player will choose one of two cards labeled "A" or "B". I will then read the statement, and the panelists will PM me their answer. After I have received all the answers, the player will post their answer.
Each match (or reasonably similar answer) is worth 1 point. Afterwards, it will be the second player's turn.
The second round is similar to the first round, except only the panelists whom the player had not matched in the first round will get to play. Also, the player who scored the most points at the end of the first round will go first in the second round. If both players have the same score, the player who went second in the first round will go first.
The player with the most points at the end of Round 2 will get to play in the Bonus Round. If the players are tied, the scores are reset to 0 and the players will play one tie breaker question each, trying to match all the panelists.
The winner of the match will earn $50 for each point separating the player's score (e.g. a player who won 5-1 would win $200), plus play the Audience and Head-to-Head matches.
In this match, a phrase will be given with part of the phrase blank, and the player will try to give the most common answer based on a survey. The player may consult up to three panelists before giving a final answer. The most popular answer is worth $500, the second-most popular $250, and the third most popular $100.
If the player won money in the Audience Match, they will get the opportunity to win ten times that amount (therefore, $5000, $2,500 or $1,000) by exactly matching another fill-in-the-blank response with one panelist chosen by the player. The response must be an exact match - singular/plural matches are accepted, but synonyms are not.
2 Matches are played. The player with the most money wins Match Game and Gameshow Marathon! Should there be a tie, one final tie breaker question will be asked where both players will try to match the panelists from the same question.
