GENERAL INFO:
With the recent explosion in on-site interest in playing Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder, I've decided to mod a game if there's enough interest.
I do not want to exceed five players.
We'll be playing Pathfinder unless a majority of the players really would prefer to play something else. In that case, I would not mind running Legend of Five Rings, D&D 3.5, and Spellbound Kingdoms.

If you don't want to play Pathfinder, say so in your post. Otherwise, we're playin' Pathfinder.
Please include times in which you want to play. I want to run sessions that are at least 2 hours long, at most 5 hours, so keep that in mind.

I reserve the right to tell you that you can't play certain classes/feats/spells. I'm generally pretty open, so if you're unsure of what you've chosen is cool, let me know.
That said, I will allow typically overpowered and usually-banned options so long as you don't abuse them. Leadership is a fun ability if roleplayed well and non-intrusive. It's a whole heap of shit if every player in the party has it and is just using it to get extra characters.
Our setting will be 100% my own. As far as deities and stuff go, let me know if you wanna know about 'em.
This setting is HEAVILY magical with access to Emerging Guns.

BUILDING CHARACTERS (FOR PATHFINDER):
You've got a 25 Point Build. This calculator helps: http://tools.digitalightbulb.com/pbcalc.html
None of your base stats can be above 18 before adjustments (such as racial, class, items, etc.)
You will be starting at Level 5.
You may choose two starting Traits OR you may have a bonus starting feat.
For Health, use your full first Hit Die + CON Modifier, and then take the rounded-up average + CON MOD for every level after that. I'll double-check your health, but d6 HD = 4 HP per level, d8 HD means 5, d10 is 6, D12 is 7.
For Wealth and Gear, you will have 12,000 GP but you
may not
spend more than one-fourth that amount on any one item. This means your most expensive piece of gear cannot exceed a 3,000 GP cost.If you're stumped on where to start with gear, consider a +1 Magical Weapon (or one with a damage property like Flaming/Frost/Shock), Bracers of Armor, a stat-increasing Belt/Headband, Amulet of Natural Armor, Ring of Deflection, Cloak of Resistance, and any +1 Mithral Armor. These will give you, generally, the most bang-for-your buck. You might also want to pick up a Handy-Haver Sack or a Bag of Holding to carry all your loot in. Other magical items are cool by me, but, again, don't exceed your 3000 gold limit per item.
In my setting, there are a lot of sentient animal races. If you would like to play an animal-person, please let me know.
