Edly taps his medals, grinning.

"I've got all my shooting qualifications. I'd be happy to help out, but I've gotta have my guns".

Ciro grins. "I like your attitude, soldier. You'll still be a gunner, we just need the extra help in engineering and I think you can handle the extra responsibility."

Edly smiles widely.

"Well hey... Any extra credits in it? Consider the position filled, Captain."

Thyte hasn't moved from the bridge. He's keeping his eyes alert, and gives a brief start when the lights come back on, but he hasn't moved.

After six long days in hyperspace, the FarStar arrives at the Kolatill system. Immediatley upon exit from hyperspace, the distress call light starts beeping on the comm station.

"We've been attacked! We don't..."(static)"help"(static).

"This is Senator" (static) "assistance" (static) "dire situation" (static).

[Nexus]

"Captain. We need to get down there. Now."

Adritimetrum: "It looks like we have company."

On the front viewscreen, you see six TIE fighter's approaching at a slow pace.



A new comm signal is seen from the comm station.

"Unidentified spacecraft. Please identify yourselves and state your intentions. Stop your engines immediately."

Ciro(to Adritimetrum): "That's not very TIE Fighter like. Usually they shoot first and ask questions later."

"We are the New Republic ship FarStar. We received a distress signal."
