Which car do you mean? Your cars are 1, 3, and 7, you don't actually have a 9. And with solo movement you generally want to avoid running into other cars. Can you clear things up?

Okay, so, let me see if I do this right.

Teamwork

Draft Movement

After moving the activated car, give a second car of yours 3MP. It gets the entire 3 regardless of condition. Both cars use draft movement. The second car can be one that already moved.
In-Pit: 2MP


Red #41
move left one space (into the empty part of the track) and move up two spaces (forward).
I give the extra 3MP to
Red #25
. Move it left one space (into the empty part of the track) and use the draft movement up two spaces (forward).

So if I have that correct, the two cars should be together on that top lane right at the corner. I didn't used one of my MPs for the first car, if that's allowed. Unless I can use all 4, bring #25 up to the same lane and push #41 up... in which case I'd use the extra 3MP on #41 and just move them forward together. Does that make sense, Mod?

You can't reactivate car 41 this turn since you already played a card on it. it can be the second car for that card though.

Axxle's right, and also it's required to use all MPs that the card gives you unless it's impossible (such as you only have 1 MP left, but you're boxed in and moving any direction would cost 2 MP).

Yeah, #41's already been used, you have to play your card on one of the others.
What Cybele said isn't quite right though, you can voluntarily bump into another car without enough MP to "waste" the remainder if you wish, even if it's possible for you to move in another direction.
