Every time I try to upload an avatar (100 by 100 pixels or less, always less then 30 kb) it doesn't work. I tried .jpg, .gif, and the other one which I forgot.
Can anyone help me?

You could try uploading the avatar on to imgur and then use the avatar from url feature."Don’t buy a dozen eggs if you just want a hardboiled egg.
