I want new smilies

Frankly, they're atrocious. Especially the winking smilie looks like a nuclear holocaust survivor, but pretty much all of them are really, really ugly.

I made this a poll to see if anyone agrees with me, or if I'm alone in finding these things painful to look at. Obviously, if everyone loves these things, you should ignore me.

A set of smilies I like are the (I think) default Ikonboard ones:

Then I read the post and realized he posted the IkonBoard smilies instead. Cant you just import like 500 silly smilies with animations like the one that farts and stuff and appease Sofis?

Those iKonboard smilies suck. Particularly the winking one...it looks like a thug rearranged his face. If you really want different smilies then go here -->http://www.phpbb.com/styles/<-- and either find some or make your own smilie pack. I'll be happy to import 500 random smilies if you put them in a smilie pack.

All the smilie packs on that site seem to contain only smilies for highly specific occasions... what I want are different general purpose smilies.
If I made a smilie pack and you imported it, what would that mean, exactly? Would they be added to the clickable smilies list? Would they be accessible via some smilie codes (like the current :D, :), :wink:, :roll: and so on)?

Some of them are OK ( 8O , the latter should go to the main selection though). The winking one is awful.

Can't we get/make some especially mafia related ones? Like docs, Sherlocks, goons, etc)? Just for fun?

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I don't like non-yellow faces. I don't mind other color in there (I really like mole's avatar) but the face should be yellow IMO.

In general, I think they're okay. Some of them are a little weird like the wink. But I got used to it, so I don't really mind.
I like the mafia smileys idea! Also, the smileys Saberkitty posted are cool. I think those smileys will be used more in discussions than the current emoticons. I don't mind if they have another color than yellow.

I like the "emotions" conveyed and all, but I just think they're all really ugly. Even just your normal smiling ones. I think I know what it is. Smileys shouldn't have eyebrows!
