Activate Shelper's account

Ack. Criminy. I just registered shelper, but didn't know that the registration thing had changed and now confirmation gets sent to the email provided. The email I stuck in the space was bogus -- I thought he'd just be able to change it when he logged on. Can someone delete his account so that he can sign up with his own information instead of me trying to be a good Samaritan and totally fouling it all up?

Crap -- now I have to email the bogus address person and explain why they're getting mafiascum notifications.

I've posted this in the "registering - fixed" thread (no reply) and PM'd it to jeep and mith (still in my outbox). Is it possible to get this taken care of? Or at least get an answer about it? Pretty please?

Can he log in? Is it just the email that is the problem? I can probably change the email pretty easily, but I'm not as sure about deleting him and such.

So glad to hear from you, mith! I'm having to communicate with shelper through PMs on the archive board -- I might not be able to get a response from him until tonight (depending on when he next checks). If you can change the email address, will that send the role information to him through that email? What's happening right now is this message comes up when login is attempted:

"You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.
Click Here to try again
Click Here to return to the Index"

I was just thinking that I may have clicked the "under 13" button...is this the problem? Does that require an email confirmation? Could you manually change his age if that's the hangup? Either that or you could change his email to "
