Unable to bookmark Global Announcement?

I just found the Future of F62 thread, and wished to bookmark it. The thread gives me the option of Removing it from my bookmarks, but it doesn't show up in my Bookmarks.

Is this a bug or a feature?

Bug. I suspect it has to do with the thread not having a 'home' forum anymore, but haven't dug into the code yet.

Oh, I was specifically referring to the GAs not being marked as read issue. I haven't tried to bookmark it, but I'll give that a shot as well.

EDIT: Definitely can't bookmark it, even though it says I can "remove from bookmarks." Screens look the same as NS'.
