I'm kind of the paranoid type, so this isn't the first time I've gotten a similar message when trying to register for a site - I do all of my Internet browsing on Tor and got the

"Your account has been flagged as associated with a malicious IP
address and must first be reviewed by administration before activation. If
you believe this flag to be in error, contact that board administrator with
your concerns."

message when I signed up. Any chance I can get that flag removed?

We don't generally allow Tor proxy usage because of the potential for abuse by banned players, for example. I'm happy to discuss some compromise we could look at, but it's a pretty firm policy.

is a hydra of mine that we applied for months ago but never got activated- probably because I picked the 'Main Account' option instead of 'Alt Account' because there was no 'Hydra' option.

Uh - for me, this user appears to have no username/avy/join date/location/gender information to the left of his posts. Is this a glitch on the account?

Edit: Also, there's no link to his profile on the username where it shows it having created the thread on the "Help!" subforum.

AFAIK, It's because the account wasn't activated. Henceforth, it can only post in the Help forum.

Correct. "Guests" can post in Help! for just this reason... there's a small glitch wherein the name shows up in the forum list, but not the thread. I know why, but have been too lazy to fix it because it requires digging into the mess of conditional PHP that is the left sidebar.
