A Player Limit?

I like running massive games with many moving parts.

Someone said there's a 21-player limit here.

If I can amass 21+ members to play a game in the New York or Theme Park forums, could that be allowed? In your generic political messageboard, I'd invite players via PM with good results, getting the momentum up to 24 players at one time. Here in the heart of everything Mafia... hell, I could probably amass 30+ players. Would you please allow this? That'd be epic.

The only games that may be over 13 players are Large Normals and Large Theme Games. But a mod may not mod one of those games over 21 players unless they have previously run a Large Normal or Theme game.
