In Need of Help

One of my friends on another site registered here, but hasn't been able to log in. She'll be logged in for a brief bit, and then it'll not let her in. The same still happens for me when I use my home computer, even though I deleted my cookies.

Help, please?

Would it be possible to let her use one of my legit alt accounts so she can come here and discuss it further?

Hi, I'm Wake88's friend. I switched to IE and that seems to have solved my login problems. I normally use google chrome.
