Hey guys, I've been trying to send PMs to a whole group of people but some of them have gone to the outbox as opposed to sent. Does this mean they haven't gotten to read it or has it not sent over to them?

They havent read it when they read it it shows up in sent.

Thats when you know they are ignoring you
no investigation no right to speak
