Noting as arbiter that Dannflor can claim a win by forfeit (and must do so in the next (expired on 2021-02-26 22:41:03) or the game will be considered mutually abandoned)

No, you would have been allowed to play out this game.

Dannflor has made a correct timeout claim. However, inspection of the timestamps shows that Dannflor had also run out of time altogether as of move 6. Therefore in accordance with the usual rules for this scenario I'm adjudicating the game as a draw. (It's not a mutual loss by abandonment since Dannflor did make a claim.)
