(very shaky theory) but does anyone find it weird ProHawk has been calling Porkens "Porkins" for the whole game? Search for "Porkins" in PH's ISO - i think everytime he mentions Porkens, it's "Porkins" except for this post where he votes him correctly.
This Post on the voting analysis was a ton of work. There is a lot that I don't really get or understand because it's hard to present association this early in the game without actually having flips. But it feels very town scum hunting and trying to figure stuff out.
I also feel like the end conclusion meshes with how I'm feeling about Porkins and Ceejay
This vote reads super opportunistic to me. There is a bit of talk about being too-scummy to be scummy, but I don't really subscribe to that logic.... if it looks like a duck and quacks like one...??
I was actually going to say that I didn't think Tux and Porkens were scum together until I saw this...
In post 336, Porkens wrote:VOTE: unvote this was a terrible vote. Tux has given town responses 80-90% on reread.
I still believe chemists opening gambit is more likely scum. I keep coming back to that fundamental thought. I’m pretty sure we could find the partner examining the reactions, but since game ends with one scum why overthink it.
VOTE: chemist
I think I want to
unvote
VOTE: Porkens
Porkins, I don't think you ever explained WHY you voted for Tux, just that it was a bad vote, so let's start there.
Does this mean he's aware he's spelling the name wrong and this is for distancing?

i kind of like this post, what does everyone else think?
Spoiler:
In post 949, Porkens wrote:I appeal to the will of the council! Chems gambit day 1, and the reactions to it got us to where we are this morning. I was one of the first to challenge chemist, and tried as hard as I could to take it to its natural conclusion. Some of you may think I’m scum. This is natural - often I am misread as scum because of my posting style. I do most of my thinking in my head, rather than in the thread, and find it combersome to explain myself in words. I don’t consider how what I say makes me look. I suspect that contributes to me being misread, as well as my avatar, which, through experimentation and observation, I have learned is a significant factor.
This all comes back to that original gambit. It was scum driven then, its scum driven now.
Many of you have asked why I am here. Why would chem and pro put me here when I was pushing chem day 1? It’s called wifom my friends, and welcome to it. What fell apart for chem and pro is bee boy replacing in. Now rather than manipulating me into lynching cj, which was my knee jerk reaction, bee boy is clear and we are in 1v1. Full circle.
It stands out to me that chem reads the council as being on his side. Their minimal “who cares” posting style is skating through, and in fact compare the gambit ting chem with post gambit chem. That made chem meek. Skulking through the rest of the game. Essentially trying to cool his way to an undeserved victory.
I wish I were a stump. I wish I could relax, but I don’t want to be the reason you lose.

Hmm, move Cosmic over to Misty for now, beeboy. Porkens' vigor in lylo is town-indicative, while Misty's caution really isn't... waiting on you to answer my previous questions, Misty.

porken's heart was actually slightly town-indicative. story: in one game i played, i was a mason, i died, and my partner went to f3. he pulled out a crumb and became conftown then asked the two suspects "which one of you killed esper? why would you do that..." scum replied: "yeah. what sick monster?" while town replied "ME HAHAHAHA,"
this is only part joke. i think scum are inclined to show a cuter picture.

if it wasn't a genuine hammer attempt, why do you think he would have done it?

I’m trying to be a bit more deliberate in this game considering there’s an opportunity to win day 1. I’d like to do so for ego.
I scumread this post. You haven't done those reads in your other completed town game either, so I don't know why you felt the need to make an excuse. It also doesn't fit the rest of your play where you even seemed fine with being lynched early on at one point and said "ftr i still maintain Misty scum"
I'm tired and don't feel like getting the quotes right
But basically PH is pushing on porkens without any sort of follow-up solving using the push, which is weird because it seems like a "let's start here" vote

Thanks for playing the end game Porkens!
I think [ProHawk, Quick, Misty] would've also been a good lylo. It's hard to read through the WIFOM so I don't think putting yourself in there would be too bad. Also, it would fit the narrative of excluding people who reacted convincigly to Morning's scumclaim.
