I'm concerned that Skitter refuses to accept the reasoning being given to believe I'm not the demon. For someone complaining about how people aren't paying attention to her posts, she keeps on coming back to insisting that I was the demon and killed myself and declaring that nobody has explained why that isn't the case.

Yeah Drixx doesn't know what he's talking about, but yes - A50 and Ame are both bad lynches, lynch me today, and then some combination of the others I'm yet to work out.

I'm very tired from my work schedule. I'll just say that we need to lynch A50. The behavior of Auro trying to avoid it, including him embracing positions he previously mocked to the point where he suggested I cannot be a rationalist and hold such positions ... that's precisely why A50 is the lynch to do.
In post 2581, Almost50 wrote:That doesn't even make sense. For one thing, we were the two who nominated themselves and we both hot the threshold, so where is that pressure against lynching us?
For a second thing, if we are indeed the scimteam, then where the hell is this pressure supposed to come from? Unless the town is deliberately playing against their wincon, I don't see how we could even have such pressure against our lynches.
It's still better than an Auro+Elbirn solve though!
It's not the solve that I'm objecting to. It's him stating there was "resistance". I was the only one who voted against it your execution, and before that I got to 5 votes myself before they decided it'd be better if they kept at the bare minimum just in case they wanted to lynch someone else. This is as much resistance the marines had invading Grenada, or Iraqi troops invading Kuwait.
Then he adds insult to injury stating such
imaginary resistance
is because we are the scum team, and -again- I fail to understand. If we are the scum duo (in a 7 v 2 setup)
then HOW is there being resistance indicative of us being the scum duo?
Yeah so the resistance isn't imaginary. Too many people are seeing it for it to be some kind of scum idea plant, as you are implying. And ... trying to make people feel dumb because they can't necessarily explain what they're seeing. Not a good look.

I feel like it's harassment to allow someone to prompt a prod on me. I've been reading and feel no need to respond when both Auro and Skitter are taking pot shots at me in the thread, and Skitter is the one harassing me via mod. Not cool.
In post 3154, Drixx wrote:I'm dead; I'm no longer obligated to anything. I have a one time vote which I'll exercise if the game state arrives at the necessary place.
Can you commit to it being on Elements, please?
Didn't I already express confusion on why that slot ever got any town read on it at all?

Ok, i apologize
Do we like ... hug... now?
I feel like the instant fondness I had for you since you showed up here makes even more sense when you referenced Hebrew earlier.
This game is going to end in a town loss. It is written in the stars.
The only possible outcomes are scum-Nahdia snowing me
again
, or me wanting to execute you just to ruin the possibility of that, causing me to wrongly execute a town-friend for the loss when we could have rejoiced in victory together. The timeline will shift and alter your alignment towards whichever result occurs.
My eyes are open and I walk headlong into the abyss with no fear

Someone explain to me how Ame spewed town. I see nothing from Ame that couldn't come from scum!Ame. This is important because that is the slot which started as BS who refused to claim outsider/not outsider and then replaced out when we started talking about how scummy that was.

I mean ... since you keep having repeated swings at the idea that I'm scum, even though it makes literally zero sense in the context of this game (and I was night killed) ... I was waiting with my vote precisely to see what was going to happen with the votes.
Now that it's out in the open, some analysis of the votes/stances towards Elements would probably be useful. Of course ... the solve Auro/{BS/Ame/Elements} actually seems pretty solid just on the first pass.

The ideal here is we let Elements die. We've preserved enough dead votes that if that doesn't end the game, I think we would still get a tomorrow to show Nahdia the rope.
Ironically the self vote by Elements would end up being really good town play if elements isn't the scum

Well then there's like zero reason for Elements to have done that. I don't believe he made the same misread as me, and he was self conscious about the fact that he was trying to say "Yeah ... what Drixx said!"

For the record, I was around a lot, but I had no interest in any death today besides elements, and Auro was either scum trying to WiFoM or had decided for some reason to go all weird. I wasn't especially interested in trying to make it any weirder at the end.
I DID; however, misunderstand and thought that if it were somehow Nahdia (didn't make sense and the rage posts Nahdia made especially seemed to reinforce that today), preserving votes was necessary.

Xtoxm and Skitter ... would you two consider doing me a favor? I'm designing a series of themed games based upon Worm. I'm thinking 3 games to do it justice. I could use some design and flavor help and generally just more eyes on it.
It's not rationalist, but it is quite amazing. It's also about the length of TEN large Stephen King novels. It also has a start that some people find weak/bad/annoying, but if you persist it's definitely worth it.
I found it originally because Yudkowsky linked it in an author's note of HPMOR, which is probably the rationalist link you're thinking of
