I think the game will naturally progress no matter what is posted. I just got done with a scum game of mine so my mind has refreshed on a few things, but to impart the thread with some ""wisdom"" I often felt like a slow game didn't benefit me at all. I enjoyed when town pretty much kept lynching each other and all I had to do was back them; Powerwolfing etc especially doesn't work in this setup. While tells and behavior of myself aren't ubiquitous, I still think it's worth noting.

what does it say about the state of the game if it still remains at this pace? We've barely begun to leave RVS and the game has been officially open for about 1 and a half days. Granted there is only 9 people but from I see only about 4 have had anything worthwhile to say

I openly welcome Aristophanes pushing me and to some extent I wonder why notscience dropped his preemptively. I had one fleeting thought about bella that I mentioned to Maria that just didn't go anywhere. What was I waiting for? I can't tell you anymore. That thought is long gone by now. That chance was missed because I was hoping that the thread would suddenly gain traction.

Unrelated, Auro's response to his pressure reminds me why this setup gives you some agency. I can't imagine scum can feel too terribly pressured as long as they're deceiving their lover.

Last we talked Maria thinks Auro/Aristo has scum. I think narrowing pairings down would be good and I agree with sorting things out this way. I've resolved in my head that Bella/Klick are fine for now, and then Bulge/Notscience and Auro/Aristo are my priority. Notscience's eagerness is a good look but I can't help but feel it's all very vanilla. Not much flavor to his questioning at all, and really it doesn't accentuate anything else. It's just asking things for the sake of asking them.

In terms of me, I am cautious about Maria. I'm sure she will complain about this but there has been nothing definitive between us two which I'm sure is a headscratcher for people who thought we were in deep conversation. As a side note for my own interests: what do people think about bussing in this game? More or less likely? I feel like this setup also benefits from scum who don't necessarily have to interact with one another on a common basis. One of them just has to fool their partner and in turn get townies mislynched. I'm not too big on numbers if someone wants to draw them up for me.

notscience likes ari's posting and, from what I can tell from our pt, leans scum on auro.

Maria initially tipped me off to Auro and just placed her vote alongside mine. I don't see the potential in a bussing here from her because her presence is only established by circumstance.

I don't really trust Maria right now. It's been a few days and I've been mostly ruminating by myself and she just doesn't seem occupied. What I mean by this is that when we're talking it feels less about discussing reads and more about presentation. There were a few things that tipped me off in our convo earlier but I initially just wrote them off because I didn't wanna think about. I now want to think about it, and I think it would be time to maybe start talking more..seriously? About our partners. I've only gotten tidbits of information from everyone about small things. Maybe I can set an example or something. I don't know.

Hi. I think you have the wrong idea of me and reading into your complaints I again default to just hashing things out. About whatever. How do you feel about your impending wagon and the reasoning behind them? I understand your last statement about your own elimination was essentially 'so be it' but I think if you're town and Auro is town(?) then scum will just roll with it. I mean, yes we all agree but we all agree for mostly shallow reasons I think. I can be pretty shallow myself so I'd like to rectify this because unfortunately I like this game (as in, werewolf) and it's written all over my face.

I've played with Maria for quite some time now. Sometimes I've got the right read. Other times I die to the wayside and my read didn't matter. The only time a crucial decision was made was Starry Night where I had to eliminate myself but the very last moments were me essentially going 'OK I think Maria is scum' in longform then she did something and I was like 'nevermind I wasted my time' and I voted myself out. It's good that game was won, but do I necessarily want to relive that? Not sure yet.

This is all not really helpful I assume. I've read Bella/Klick have 100% assured confidence on each other which is good (for now). The problem I'm facing and what I assume Auro/Aristo are facing is trust issues, which in turn has got them here. In that regard, what does it say? It says I think we should cut our losses even if I'm sorta siding with this not being the right move. Contradicting perhaps but necessarily. I can already picture what phase two of this game will look like.

I've been biding my time with other things. Right now it remains that Maria is exactly right in that I know what I want to do so I guess i'll just do it.

This isn't the most amount of thought I've put into a read but I will say that occam's razor applies the most here. I don't see where Maria tricks me into voting her own partner unless she's going for an award or something. I'd feel pretty bad being on the receiving end but I digress. I specifically told maria I wanted Bulge/Notscience first and Klick's death was certainly a flashwagon. If Maria is scum all she has to do is agree with me and we vote you two off. Didn't seem like something Maria/Klick planned from the start but jesus did her doing what she did EoD really confuse the everliving fuck of me and also scare me a bit.

So yeah. I'm willing to get got twice in one game if that's what it'll be? Rest assured Notscience's response is also confusing as f. Klick/Maria from ISO it seemed like Klick didn't really have much of an opinion about Maria and kept her at arm's length. Last I recall Maria was townreading Klick and wanted more of the Bella side from what I recall of our conversations. It doesn't feel like a set up but fuck if I know at this point. What I do recall is that Notscience was slightly attached to Klick in ways that gave me pause though my disdain of him has mostly been individual merit. I mentioned a few things to maria about it and they've mostly stayed in my head as this game plays itself. That being sid, when I confronted her about everything I was like 'how did you know I would be lazy and not check the votecount' and she was like 'Because you said it yourself!' and I'm pretty sure I'm owned either way.
