Billy's vote and unvote on Hectic felt really weird. Because i've been getting quite the opposite vibe from Hectic. Most of the game he's been joking around.

You've played with me before. You know that most of my engagement is asking questions. You've felt a bit off most game. Like more serious than normal. I know your town game is really light and playful with content, but the content tends to be buried. This is quite different from that.

I dont disagree that hes been joking around, but its like significantly less than when I had been playing with him like 6-9 months ago when he was playing really gimmicky/meme-y. And while he's been joking, it hadn't been all that central to the game in my interpretation, which is why that firebringer joke mattered so much to me because (I think that hes not firebringer) so making a joke about whether a different player has experience with him was pretty central to game content when i was directing a question to Ari about it. Also, right before that joke he had asked me whether I ask this many questions usually and that pinged me hard, because of my experience with him including playing once as a hydra.

The quick timing just makes it very awkward. Does this contrast to his scum game?
